Organoids sound cool! They sound very helpful also. Oh yeah, there can be a LOT of cells in a small area.

I didn't know about the explosive diarrahea/Cyclospora. Glad you're ok, Georgia. And I am glad I did not find about this till now. I had Tex Mex salad at a pub a couple weeks ago, and I ended up going to the bathroom a lot as a result lol. Lots of fiber. No diarrahea though. 🙂. If I heard of this then, I would've freaked out lol.
