I heard a bit about the skin disorders before, but not much. The tree one reminded me of Groot too LOL. Groot is a tree. Are there other tree beings in comics?
Someone tried to freeze Ted Williams, right? I remember a lot of controversy about that.
I wonder if Superman's skin is related to non-Newtonian fluids. Luke Cage also.
